West Acres is a subdivision of single family homes built from 1730s - 1980s. Median age is circa 1948.

Lot sizes range from approximately one-third to more than 1 acre with a median of approximately one-half acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,200 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,800 sq. ft.

Some of the homes back to the Delaware Canal and have seasonal views of the Falls of the Delaware Park , a 125-acre, undeveloped natural area.

Access to the West Acres neighborhood is from Yardley-Morrisville Road onto Crown Terrace.
