Fairfield Terrace is a neighborhood developed primarily in the 1950s along Stackhouse Rd and Yardley-Morrisville Rd between Laurel and Black Rock. Homes on the east side of Stackhouse back to the Delaware Canal. Median age is 1952. Median lot size is approximately three-quarters of an acre. Median living space is approximately 2,700 sq. ft.

Entry is from Yardley-Morrisvile Rd onto Laurel Ln, or Black Rock Rd onto Stackhouse Dr.
