Burgess Manor

Burgess Manor is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built mainly from about 1902 through the 1930s. Some later-built homes are intermixed. Lafayette Avenue, North of West Trenton Avenue, creates part of a boundary separating Morrisville Boro from Falls Township; so, though we list Burgess Manor as Morrisville Boro, homes on the west side of North Lafayette are, technically, within Falls Township.
