Wynnewood

Wynnewood is a subdivision of detached, single family residences built in various sections during the 1980s by C.W Schrenk (Cambridge Tudor, Farmhouse, Homestead, Huntingdon, Wakefield), The Mason Group (Briarcliff, Devonshire, Essex, Georgetowne, Hampshite, Huntleigh, Oxford, Pembroke, Regency), and others.

Homes to the north of Sutphin Rd are commonly referred to as 'Old Wynnewood' and those to the south as 'New Wynnewood' though, decades after being built, the distinction is less relevant than it may have have been in the 1980s.

Original homes included ranch style, capes, split levels, and 2-story colonials.

Access to the Wynnewood neighborhood is from Makefield Road onto Wynnewood Drive; Sutphin Road onto Mlton Drive or Moon Drive.
