Rivergate is a subdivision of approximately 40 single family residences built by Trafalgar House circa 1993.

Original models were primarily 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, many with master suite sitting rooms.

Before Trafalgar, the development was called Vickers on the Delaware and was being developed by the DiMarco Group.

Entry to the development is from River Road (Route 32) onto Vickers Way.
