Yardley Point is an active-adult (55-plus) single-level condominium development. The community was created by 'Traditions of America' of Philadelphia. Models include master bedroom and den or second bedroom, two baths, living room, dining room, breakfast room and full kitchen. Some units have seasonal views of downtown Yardley Boro.

There is a fitness room, library, walking/nature trail and meeting/entertainment room with kitchen facilities. Yardley Pointe was built in the late 1990s.
