Silver Lake Terrace

Silver Lake (also known as Makefield Lakes) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes just south of Yardley Borough. Some of the residences back to Silver Lake. Public access to the lake is available from a small park off Lakeview Drive.

Homes were built from the 1940s through the 1960s. Median age is 1953. Median interior living space is approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Lots range from one-third to two-thirds of an acre, with the median just under one-half acre.

Entry into the development is from Oxford Valley Road onto Lakeview Drive.
