Meadowbrook is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and early 1960s with some homes from the 30s and 40s on and around Randolph and Warner. Median age is circa 1955.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 5,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,700 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately one-third to more than 3 acres, with a median of approximately two-thirds of an acre.

The neighborhood is generally situated between Welsh Road on the north and Meetinghouse Road on the south. To the west lies Jenkintown Borough, and to the south, Rockledge Borough and the Fox Chase neighborhood of Philadelphia.
