Hollywood is a neighborhood of detached, single family homes built ca. 1920-1940. Median age is ca. 1927. Interior living space ranges from approximately 900-1,400 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from about one-tenth to one-fifth of an acre with a median of slightly more than one-tenth of an acre.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Huntingdon Pike, and Montgomery Avenue.
