Patterson Farm

In 1998 Lower Makefield Township purchased the 233-acre Patterson Farm for preservation as an agricultural landmark.

In 1989 a stone "Patterson Farmhouse" was photographed and catalogued as part of the HABS (Historic American Buildings Survey) but the limited information we were able to find does not indicate when it was constructed. Our guess is perhaps as early as the late 18th century.
