Makefield Glen is a residential subdivision built by Toll Brothers circa 1990 and is comprised of three "sub" developments:

• Aspen Woods (townhomes - models include Afton Elite, Brandon and Carlton)
• Cedar Hollow (condos - models include Barrington, Dartmouth, Kingston, and Winthrop)
• Spruce Mill (townhomes - models include Brockton, Brockton Elite, Lexington, Lexington Elite and condos - models include Manchester and Portsmouth,).

The Makefield Glen Master Association is responsible for the Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Bike Path, Tot Lot, Club House (with Sauna, Kitchen & Meeting Room ... available for private gatherings), maintenance and repair of open space areas and street lighting.

Each of the 3 developments has its own Homeowners Association which takes care of homeowner's insurance (except interior and personal contents), trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, exterior maintenance & building repair, professional management, and capital reserve fund.

Cedar Hollow condos consist of 1st and 2nd level models. 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Spruce Mill townhomes are 2 bedrooms, 1/2 - 2 1/2 baths, and Aspen Woods are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths.

Entry into the development is from Heacock Road (south of Stony Hill Road) onto Covington Road.
