Makefield Estates (also known as Buck Creek Estates) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1984 by Frank Kelly. Median lot size is 1 acre. Access to the Makefield Estates neighborhood is from Creamery Road (northbound) onto Doe Trail Lane.
