Median lot size is approximately 0.4 acres. The two streets, Enoch Coury and Prospect Farm Drive, are not contiguous. The are both accessible from Dolington Rd just across the Yardley Borough line. They are separated by historic Prospect Farm. The land was surveyed in 1682 and settle by William Yardley. Access to the Prospect Manor neighborhood is from Dolington Road.
