Named for its occasional views of the Trenton State Capitol Complex, this borough neighborhood is comprised of approximately 80 percent detached, single family residences, and 20 percent semi-attached twins.
Median age of the homes is circa 1928. Homes range from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,300 sqft. of living space with a median of approximately 1,500 sqft. Median lot size is between one-tenth and one-fifth of an acre.
Most streets are residential, but a mix of residential and commercial (mainly retail businesses) are found on Trenton Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue; other neighborhood establishments include the Morrisville Public Library and the Capitol View Fire Company.
