Median age is circa 1951. Median interior living space is approximately 1,300 sqft. Median lot size is between 1/10th and 1/5th of an acre. Homes are typically 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1 to 2-1/2 baths; most of the homes have full basements; about half have garages.
The Weber Park neighborhood is generally bounded by Parkway Avenue, Pennington Road (Route 31), North Olden Avenue, and Prospect Street.
