Lakeside is a Levittown neighborhood of detached single family homes built circa 1952 by Willaim Levitt. The section lies partly in Tullytown Borough and Partly in Falls Township.

Median lot size is approximately 0.18 acres. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 1,800 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,200 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from Levittown Parkway onto Lakeside Drive or Fallsington Tullytown Road onto Leaf Lane. Access is also available from Pinewood via Link Lane.
