Stonybrook is a Levittown residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built by William Levitt circa 1952. Most of Stonybrook lies in Bristol Township with part of about half-a-dozen streets lying within the Tullytown Boro limits.

Median lot size is approximately 0.18 acres. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,300 sq. ft.

Entry into Stonybrook is from Levittown Parkway onto Sexton Lane or Spur Lane; from Mill Creek Road onto Stem Lane. Access is available from Kenwood via South Lane, from Farmbrook via Short Lane, and from Greenbrook via Scholar Lane.
