Levittown's Birch Valley is located primarily in Falls Township. A small portion, including parts of Birch Dr and Begonia Lane are located in Bristol Township. The subdivision was built circa 1953 by William Levitt.

Entry into Birch Valley is from Penn Valley Dr onto Birch Dr., from Magnolia Hill (Birch Dr to Magnolia Dr via Magnolia Park Ln) and from North Park (North Park Dr onto Bald Cypress Ln via Bypass Rd.)
