Elderberry

Elderberry (also known as Elderberry Pond) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1952 by William Levitt.

Median lot size is just under one-tenth of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,250 sq. ft.

Access to the Elderberry neighborhood is from Mill Creek Road onto Elderberry Drive or, from Birch Drive in the Birch Valley section of Levittown onto Exit Lane. Access to North Park's Northpark Drive is available from Elderberry Drive via Elves Lane.
