Elderberry (also known as Elderberry Pond) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1952 by William Levitt.

Median lot size is just under one-tenth of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,250 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Mill Creek Rd onto Elderberry Dr or, from Birch Dr in the Birch Valley section of Levittown onto Exit Ln. Access to North Park's North Park Dr is available from Elderberry Dr via Elves Ln.
