Lower Orchard is a limited-access Levittown residential subdivision built in 1955. There are approximately 60 Levitt-built homes here plus one very large, home built circa 2007.Median lot size is 0.21 acres. Median interior living space is approximately 1,400 sqft. A number of the original Cape Cod styles have been significantly altered and expanded.
The neighborhood is bordered by Frosty Hollow County Park on the west, north, and northeast. Access to the Lower Orchad neighborhood is from New Falls Road on to Lower Orchard Turn.
