Valley View Estates



Valley View Estates is a residential subdivision of 15 detached, single family homes built by David J. Schrenk circa 1995. Lot sizes range from 1.5 to 2.75 acres. Original site plan indicates 15 acres of open space. Original homes ranged from approximately 4,000 to 6,000 sq. ft. of living space.

Access to the Valley View Estates neighborhood is from Mount Eyre Road (westbound) onto Valley View Drive.

Models and lots were offered contemporaneously with Schrenk Development of Mallard Pond off nearby Creamery Rd.
