Belamour

We discovered Balamour while driving along Aqueduct Rd in November 2004. Grading and platting appeared to be completed, though no construction had begun. Builder information indicated lot sizes for the 29 homesites ranging from 1 to 2.5 acres. Builder floorplans showed models ranging from just under 4,000 sq ft to more than 5,000 sq ft of living space.

The single street, limited access residential loop bore no name yet. Photo show is of a farm complex adjacent to the development.

Entry to Balamour is from Aqueduct Rd, eastbound, just east of Washington Crossing Rd (Route 532).
