Traditions



Traditions is an active adult (55-plus) residential subdivision built by Pulte circa 2003-2004. There are approximately 170 single family homes and 220 townhomes arranged in doubles, triples and quads. Median interior living space for singles ranges from about 1,750 to 2,800 sq. ft. and townhomes range from about 2,000 to 2,600 sq. ft.

Plans included a community center with indoor swimming pool, 24-hour access, meeting room, lounge, ballroom, kitchen, fitness facility, locker rooms with showers, library, arts & craft studio; also, outdoor swimming pool, putting green, tennis courts, bocce court and walking trail.

Entry into the subdivision is from Wrightstown Rd onto McConkey Dr or Washington Crossing Rd (Route 532) onto Bartons Mill Dr.
