Traditions (also known as the Traditions at Washington Crossing) is an active adult (55-plus) residential subdivision built by Pulte circa 2003-2004. There are approximately 170 single family homes and 220 town homes arranged in doubles, triples and quads. Median interior living space for singles ranges from about 1,750 to 2,800 sq. ft. and town homes range from about 2,000 to 2,600 sq. ft.
Plans included a community center with indoor swimming pool, 24-hour access, meeting room, lounge, ballroom, kitchen, fitness facility, locker rooms with showers, library, arts & craft studio; also, outdoor swimming pool, putting green, tennis courts, bocce court and walking trail.
Access to the Traditions neighborhood is from Wrightstown Road onto McConkey Drive or Washington Crossing Road (Route 532) onto Bartons Mill Drive.
