Delaware Shore

Delaware Shore is a residential neighborhood of approximately 30 detached single family homes located between the Delaware Canal and River Rd along the northern boundary of Washington Crossing State Park.

Building occurred first in the early 1900s with a number of homes subsequently built in the 1970s. Median lot size is 0.4 acres; median interior living space is approximately 2,300 sq. ft.

Four of the properties border/back to the Delaware Canal.

Entry is from River Rd onto Overlook or Riverview Avenues.
