East Grant

East Grant (aka East Grant at Buckland Valley Farms) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built by David Knipe, Ferman Lex and others circa 1985. A few homes were built after 2000 by Willow Builders. Median lot size is 0.6 acres. Median interior living space is 2,800 sq. ft. Some homes along Canal Run W back to the historic Delaware Canal.

Entry into the subdivision is from Taylorsville Rd onto Patriots Pl or from Canal Run W which is also part of Shires Crossing, a neighboring subdivision.
