Buckland Valley Farms

Buckland Valley Farms is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built from the late 1950s through the early 1980s. Median age is approximately 1970. Homes were built by some of Bucks County's most respected builders, including David Knipe, Furman Lex and George Parry, among others. Median lot size is approximately 0.7 acres. Interior living space ranges from 1,600 to more than 4,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,800 sq. ft. Some properties, (along Bailey, Kudra and Jericho Run) back to the historic Delaware Canal.

Entry into the subdivision is from Taylorsville Rd onto Jonathan Way or Baily Dr, and from River Rd (Rought 32) onto Jonathan Way.
