East Grant (also known as East Grant at Buckland Valley Farms) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built by David Knipe, Ferman Lex and others circa 1985. A few homes were built after 2000 by Willow Builders. Median lot size is 0.6 acres. Median interior living space is 2,800 sqft. Some homes along Canal Run W back to the historic Delaware Canal.

Approximately 12 of the properties back to the Delaware Canal.

Access to the East Grant neighborhood is from Taylorsville Road onto Patriots Place or from Canal Run West which is also part of Shires Crossing, a neighboring subdivision.
