100 Acre Woods

100 Acre Woods is a residential subdivision of approximately 350 homes (100 twins; 250 townhomes) built circa 1987. A majority of the homes were built by Frank Kelly. Home on Old Mill Lane and Parkview Circle are often considered part of 100 acre woods. Technically, they are a separate subdivision named Timber Ridge.

Median interior living space is 1,950 sq. ft. Many of the units have 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Entry into the subdivision is from Saint Leonards Road onto N Timber Drive or S Timber Drive.
