Timber Ridge is often considered part of 100 Acre Woods. It consists of townhomes on two cul-de-sacs off the northern reach of Timber Rd.The townhomes were built circa 1986.

Median lot size is less than one-tenth of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,200 sq. ft.

Old Mill Lane and Parkview Circle are accessed from North Timber Road.
