Newtown Crossing is a residential subdivision of townhomes and detached, single family homes built by Hoffman Homes. Many of the townhomes were built circa 1978. Singles were built primarily circa 1980.

Town homes range from approximately 1,000 to 1,800 sq ft of living space; detached singles range from approximately 1,200 to 3,000 sq. ft with a median of 2,000 sq. ft. Median lot size for singles is just over one-quarter acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Richboro Rd or Buck Rd onto Mill Pond Dr.
