Devonshire is a subdivision of detached, single family homes built in the second half of the 1980s. It is contiguous to Nob Hill which was built during the first half of the 1980s.

Median lot size is approximately two-thirds of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,700 to 3,330 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,800 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Twining Bridge Rd onto Declaration Dr.
