Delancey Court

Townhomes in the Delancey Court neighborhood, Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania

Delancey Court is an Active Adult (55 plus) townhome community that will have approximately 120 residences when completed. The development was begun ca. 2008 by McGrath Homes who completed and sold approximately 54 units.

The development was purchased in February, 2013 by Toll Brothers. Toll's plans at that time included building an additional 66 townhomes and a clubhouse with fitness center plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Models: McGrath offered 4 different models. Toll Brothers offers 4 carriage home models with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths ranging from approximately 2,600 to 3,100 sq. ft. of interior living space (Clarion, Farnham, Paxton, Westminster).


Access to the Delancey Court neighborhood is from Durham Road (Route 413) onto Rittenhouse Circle.
