Bexley Orchards

School District: Pennsbury Bexley Orchards is a subdivision of 46 semi-attached (twin) residences built circa 1988. This is one of those neighborhoods whose character improves with age. Somehow the weathering of the subtle colors, and the maturing of the trees has warmed things up compared to the earliest days when it felt more stark and sterile. Median interior living space is approximately 2,000 sq ft. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre. Two models were each built in 3 and 4 bedroom variations; each has 2 1/2 baths and a 1-car garage. Entry to the development is from Big Oak Road to Oakview Drive to Apple Blossom. Street Names: Apple Blossom Drive Models / Floorplans: Cortland, McIntosh
