Greenfields is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1957. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/4 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths. Approximately 10 percent of the homes have full basements. About one-third of the homes have a 1 or 2 car garage.

Access to the Greenfields neighborhood is from Mantua Pike (Route 45) onto Budd Boulevard or Griscom Lane.
