Bensalem Village is a residential development of townhomes built over a period of approximately 30 years. Median age is circa 1977.

Amhurst Square, Colgate Court, Princeton Court, and Trinity Court were built circa 1989-1999; Yale Court, portions of Harvard Square and South Mount Vernon Circle (500 & 600 address range) was built primarily during the 1990s; Dartmouth Court, Rutgers Court and North Mount Vernon Circle were built during the 1970s.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 sqft. with a combined median of approximately 1,450 sqft. The homes built during the 1980s and 1990s tend to be somewhat larger with a median interior living space of approximately 1,775 sqft.; median interior living space for the homes built during the 1970s is approximately 1,300 sqft.
