Oak Knoll is a residential neighborhood with a considerable number of homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. The neighborhood contains additional homes built from the 1950s through the 1990s. Homes range from approximately 1,400 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. of interior living space.
Access to the Oak Knoll neighborhood is from Park Avenue onto Cedar Avenue or Danforth Road.
