School District: Philadelphia The 70,000 sq. ft. Western Union Building was built ca. 1922, designed by William Welles Bosworth. Bosworth is most-known as the architect for: the Cambridge Campus of MIT, New York's A T & T Building, and his contributions to the Rockefeller Tarrytown estate, Kykuit. The conversion to condominiums resulted in 100 one, two, and three bedroom units. The building offers underground garage, concierge, fitness center and on-site pharmacy.
