Median age is ca. 1979. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,200-3,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,900 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly more than one-half acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Farmington Avenue onto Irwin Place.
