Upland Village

Upland Villages is a limited-access, residential subdivision of townhomes and detached singles built circa 1992. Interior living space for detached singles ranges from approximately 1,450 to 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. and lot sizes approximately one-tenth of an acre. Median interior living space for the townhomes is approximately 2,200 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from Maxatawny Road (just north of Route 100) onto Upland Street.
