Wrenfield is a townhome subdivision built circa 1990. These high-end homes, ranging from approximately 3,200 to more than 5,500 sq. ft. of interior living space, have commanded resale prices in excess of $1-million over recent years (2003-2005).

Entry into the subdivision is from North Spring Mill Road (Route 320) onto Wrenfield Way.
