Nob Hill

Nob Hill is a Boro neighborhood of 19th, 20th twins and townhomes. 2001-2005 saw numerous extensive renovations plus new construction infill townhomes as well.

More than a third of the homes appear to be circa 1875-1905. Interior living space for all neighborhood homes (old and newer) ranges from less than 1,200 sq. ft. to more than 3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,800 sq. ft.

Cedar Avenue and Merion Avenue are accessible from Ford Street and run parallel to Front Street.
