Country Meadows

Country Meadows is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1994-2002. Median age is ca. 1996. The first phase ca. 1994-1997 includes part of Grandview Drive, Kendall Lane, Malsby Drive and Woodly Drive. The second phase (ca. 2001-2002) was built by T.H. Properties and includes the upper part of Grandview Drive and Overlook Circle. Interior living space for all homes ranges from approximately 1,800-3,900 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,450 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately one-fifth to 1.5 acres with a median of approximately one-third of an acre.

Entry off of Major Road which runs between Benner Road (on the east) and Trinley Mill Road (on the west).
