Horshamtowne


Horshamtowne is a subdivision of single family detached (Boulder Lane, Pebble Drive, Hedgerow Lane, Goldenrod Lane) and semi-detached (twins/doubles) built primarily from 1978 to 1988. Median age is ca. 1985. Median interior living spaces for detached singles is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. and for twins, approximately 1,400 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre for the detached singles, and one-tenth of an acre for the twins.

Access to the Horshamtowne neighborhood is from Witmer Road onto County Road.
