Garden City is a residential development of townhomes, semi-attached twins, and detached singles. Homes were built primarily beginning in the 1930s through the 1950s. Median age is ca. 1948.

Garden City is roughly bounded by Waterville Road, Moore Road, Hastings Avenue, and the main circular avenues defining the development – New Jersey Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue.
