Knowltonwood (sometimes referred to as Olde Farm Estates) is a residential subdivision of detached singles built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1958. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/2 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Homes are typically 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths, full basements, and 1 to 2 car garages.

Access to the Knowltonwood neighborhood is from Knowltown Road East onto Ridley Creek Drive or Old Farm Road onto Linda Lane.
