Wyncroft is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1957. Median interior living space is approximately 2,800 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately three-quarters of an acre. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 baths, and 1 to 2 car garages. Approximately half of the homes have full basements. The Wyncroft neighborhood straddles both sides of New Middletown Road South north of Knowlton Road West.
