Brookthorpe Hills


Brookthorpe Hills is a residential neighborhood comprised mainly of detached, single family homes built from the 1930s through the 1970s. There are also a small number of infill lots with homes built during the 1980s and 1990s. A majority of the homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths and range from approximately 1,100 to more than 3,000 sq. ft. of interior living space.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by I-476, West Chester Pike (Route 3) and the Glenwood Cemetery with access from West Chester Pike onto various streets as well as from Marple Road onto Anthony Avenue.
