Paddock Farms is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built from the 1930s through the 1970s. The majority of homes were built in the 1950s; median age is ca. 1954. Interior living spacer ranges from approximately 1,600-3,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre.

The main entry into the neighborhood is from West Darby Road onto Ellis Road.
