Evergreen Acres is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built circa 1963.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,300-2,500 sq. ft. with a median of approxiately 1,800 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from one-third to slightly more than one acre with a median of approximately one-half acre. Homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths. Most have full basements and 1 or 2 car attached garages.

Entry into the neighborhood is from West Pothouse Road onto West Evergreen Drive, or Ridgeview Drive onto Evergreen Lane.
