43 Years Later, Not Forgotten

"... a section of two-story colonial homes on half-acre lots built by Bernard Hankin and the Lakeside Development Corporation in 1962, derived its name from its location on Lakeside Avenue near the Devon station on the Pennsylvania Railroad. It's only a matter of time until the name will be forgotten." [1]
